    In 1953, a small group of regional contractors spearheaded efforts to officially charter the AGC of Western Kentucky. This happened on June 15, 1953 - just over seventy years ago. Even though they were local competitors each understood the benefits of working together to better the construction industry. They were correct! Today the AGC has grown to 400 members.

Associated General Contractors of Western Kentucky is an organization of approximately 400 of the top general contractors, residential/light commercial builders, construction managers, design/builders, specialty contractors, service providers, and suppliers comprising Western Kentucky's commercial construction industry.  The association provides a full range of services satisfying the needs and concerns of its members, thereby providing quality construction at a competitive price.  The AGC of Western Kentucky is an AWARD-WINNING CHAPTER of the Associated General Contractors of America.
