Construction Leadership Council (CLC)
Our CLC group is currently in a state of revival! After a hiatus during Covid, an energetic, organized group of young industry leaders has expressed interest in re-organizing the group. They are breathing new life into a once vital group within the AGC of Western Kentucky. The CLC was established within the AGC to fulfill the need to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the construction industry.
Our emerging leaders have identified four main categories on which our CLC will focus:
- Community Service
- Professional Development
- Social Activities/Networking
- Workforce Development/Industry Outreach
Who should participate in the CLC?
The CLC is designed for early to mid-career construction industry employees who wish to focus on professional development and education along with networking opportunities. Although there is no age requirement, membership in the CLC is typically recommended for individuals aged 40 and under.
