To determine the impact of increased costs, work delays, line strike incidents, etc., the 811 Purchase Council would like your input concerning the new 811 law changes recently initiated on January 1, 2022. This one-page digital survey is anonymous and is simple to complete and submit. We ask you or any designated staff person directly involved with 811 work to complete and submit this form at the end of each month.
This monthly data will be valuable for identifying ongoing issues related to complying with this new law. Collected information will be instrumental in addressing any potential changes to the law that can be presented to 811 stakeholders and state legislators.
